Between March and September 2026, the Turbo Stars platform added a new product vertical in prediction markets, rebuilt core player-facing flows around payments, verification and registration, and gave operators more control over notifications, domains and traffic-based personalization. This is what shipped, feature by feature.
Prediction markets became a first-class product with Turbo Predict
Turbo Predict lets players bet on the outcome of real-world events: elections, economic indicators, cultural moments and sports storylines that sit outside a traditional match card. These bets are not a separate silo. They run through the same infrastructure as the sportsbook: the same limits, GGR accounting, bonus rules and affiliate tracking apply, and activity feeds into retention campaigns like any other product on the platform. It extends the operator-facing prediction markets stack Turbo Stars introduced earlier this year.
Guest Mode lets a visitor browse markets without registering or logging in, and bonus wagering for prediction markets is switched on separately from the sportsbook, so operators can run the two independently.
Payments got clearer in the BackOffice, for players and for support
Deposit Amount Presets, currently in final testing, give each currency a default deposit amount personalized to the player's segment, with additional fixed presets available for specific segments. Operators manage all of it in the BackOffice, no release needed to change a number.
Decline Reasons groups PSP error codes into 16 categories, such as Insufficient Funds, 3DS Error, Declined by Anti-Fraud and Invalid Card. Operators can recategorize codes individually or in bulk and rename categories, and the player-facing error text is editable in the CMS with translations. Instead of a raw provider error, the player sees what actually happened and what to do next.
Verification and compliance tightened without adding friction
Verification Configuration lets operators set verification conditions and document requirements from the BackOffice. Auto Verification checks a configurable set of factors, such as email, phone, submitted documents, PSP data and a connected KYC system, and marks a player Verified once all of them pass. Document Verification enforces which document types are required, caps how many files a player can upload, and can block a player from deleting a submitted document. Built-in document checks and a third-party KYC provider work together behind a single verification-progress stepper on the player's side.
T&C Versioning stores rule versions in the BackOffice with a PDF per locale and a full version history. Publishing a new version prompts every player to re-accept the terms; the account is suspended until they do. The date, version and locale of each acceptance are logged, which matters for licenses that require a documented history of rule changes — our multi-jurisdiction product design guide covers how this plays out across markets.
Registration and login now work by phone number
Operators choose the registration mode in the CMS: email only, phone only, or both. Players who sign up by phone confirm the number with an OTP, and can log in or recover a password the same way. A player who registered by phone can add an email to their profile afterward, so the two paths are not mutually exclusive over a player's lifetime.
VIP Predict flags high-value players before they deposit
VIP Predict: Lifestyle Insights is an optional profile tab available in markets with reliable postal-code level demographic data. Using a player's postal code, it surfaces the socio-demographic profile of their area: average income, net worth, education and lifestyle group. This describes the area a player lives in, not verified facts about the player.
A Potential VIP label is applied right after registration based on that area profile, so a VIP manager can see likely high-value candidates before any deposit history exists to work from.
Player notifications became a two-way channel
Players get personalized messages and bonus offers on-site, with unread items surfaced in a notification center. Bonus cards carry a countdown timer, and a motivational block tied to the next deposit links straight into the cashier.
Operators can send a message to one specific player from that player's profile in the BackOffice, on top of broader Notification Campaigns: labeling, campaign management, and the ability to delete a message for one player or for everyone at once.
Site content now adapts to where a player came from
Traffic Source Content adapts what a player sees to the Marketing URL they arrived through: homepage banners, game-category blocks, the bonus banner shown during registration and at the cashier, and the Quick Deposit banner. The Marketing URL is saved to the player's profile, works as a segment filter, and feeds into retention campaigns, extending the same personalized-events approach already live on the sportsbook side. Everything is configured in the CMS.
Withdrawal queues get an operator-defined limit
Withdrawal Rules cap how many withdrawal requests a player can have in Pending status at once. The cap can apply platform-wide or to specific segments, and when several rules overlap, the strictest one applies. By default, once a player hits the limit, a new request is blocked and they see an explanation screen with a My Withdrawals button; the screen disappears as soon as a pending request clears. Both the player's profile and the queued request itself show the current count against the limit, turning red once it is exhausted.
Frontend templates got practical updates
On the frontend: registration now uses a single consent checkbox with more compact fields, Quick Deposit gets amount presets with plus and minus buttons, and Global Search adds tabs for Games, Providers and Collections.
Domain Management moved into the BackOffice
A Redirector domain distributes traffic across mirror domains, and a Reserve domain takes over automatically if no mirror is active. Domains sync with the operator's own Cloudflare account in a single click, and Geo Rules can be set per domain.
What's next
A longer list of features is in development. Rakeback will introduce a bonus that returns part of every stake regardless of outcome, claimed on demand. Freebets are being extended into the sportsbook at the platform level, and Lotteries are coming to the frontend template. Smart Player Tags will auto-tag players by segment, including VIP status. A Games Scoring Model will personalize game ranking per player.
Turnover Wager V2 will bring configurable deposit-wagering rules, platform-wide or by segment, with a Hard mode that blocks a withdrawal request outright and a Soft mode that routes it to manual review. Casino and Betting segmentation filters, along with GGR and betting filters, are returning. An Internal On-Ramp will let players deposit in crypto and have it credited in fiat at the rate at the time of payment, and Domain Service Updates will add availability monitoring, automatic region blocking and blocklist registries.
That covers everything shipped on the Turbo Stars platform between March and September 2026.
