Who we are — and what we are not
A B2B software provider. Turbo Stars develops, licenses, hosts and maintains iGaming technology — player account management, wallet, bonus and CRM engines, game aggregation, sportsbook and prediction-market modules, risk and compliance tooling — for operators that hold their own gambling licences. Our only customers are those operators and their affiliated businesses.
Not an operator. Turbo Stars does not offer, promote or operate gambling, betting, sweepstakes or prediction-market products to the public, does not register players and does not accept wagers. Every player-facing brand built on our software is owned, licensed and operated by the operator, which alone is responsible for its players, marketing, regulatory compliance and responsible-gambling obligations in each market.
Not a payment provider. Turbo Stars does not provide payment services of any kind. Our payment-orchestration software connects the operator to the payment service providers, acquirers, banks and crypto custodians the operator has contracted directly. Turbo Stars does not process, settle, hold or transfer funds, does not issue e-money, and is not a bank, payment institution or e-money institution.
For players. If you have a question about an account, deposit, withdrawal, bonus or a charge on your statement, contact the support team of the website or app where you played. Turbo Stars has no access to player accounts or transactions and cannot refund, reverse or investigate them.
Nothing on this website is an offer of gambling or payment services to consumers. Product descriptions, feature lists and case studies describe software capabilities made available to licensed operators under a Master Services Agreement.
