We typically respond to demo requests within 1 business day. For time-sensitive inbound around a specific event or deadline, mention it in the form and we'll prioritise. The form goes directly to the commercial team — not a support queue.
Is the demo a live product or a recorded walkthrough?
It's a product walkthrough tailored to the proposed scope. We demonstrate the operator UI, a synthetic order-book scenario, casino cross-sell flow in a sandbox, and wallet + risk orchestration. Polymarket is documented as the first integration; production status, commercial rights and target-market permission are verified separately for each deployment.

No. Turbo Stars is a B2B-only software provider — we do not operate gambling products for end-users and we do not process payments. If you have an issue with an online casino or sportsbook, or with a deposit, withdrawal or a charge on your card or bank statement, contact that operator's support team directly. We have no visibility into or control over player accounts or transactions and cannot refund or reverse them.
