Everyone talks about AI in iGaming. Chatbots. Predictive analytics. Personalization engines.
Most platforms bolt AI onto existing systems and call it strategy. Turbo Stars built it into three operational layers: each solves a different problem, and each feeds the next.
Operations AI
The first AI layer operates invisibly, analyzing player behavior from the moment of registration. Its job: identify high-value players instantly, not after months of data accumulation.
"We have mechanisms that allow an internal AI system to understand whether a player is a potential high-value player, just at the moment when they registered," explains Alex Kozachenko, CEO of Turbo Stars.
The system gathers data from each action: first deposit, first bet, game preferences, loss tolerance, session patterns and so on. The AI builds a prediction model in real-time, not in overnight batch processing.
It gives an opportunity for immediate impact: you can spot a potential VIP on day one and personalize bonuses, prioritize support, allocate retention budget intelligently — before competitors even realize the player is valuable.
Operator AI Assistant
The second layer helps operators make decisions faster. Need to create a bonus for a specific segment right now? Troubleshoot an issue without waiting for support tickets?
Turbo Stars built an AI assistant that operators can query directly. "You ask it a question, it tells you the answer. It drives you through the whole process and helps you make the decision," Kozachenko says.
This isn't about replacing humans — it's about eliminating friction. Account managers and support teams are fast, but they still require time to process the issue. The AI assistant removes that delay entirely. Operators get answers instantly and execute faster.
End User AI
The third AI layer faces players directly, personalizing the experience before they even log in. Behavioral data, device type, geographic signals — the system understands patterns and adjusts content accordingly.
"When the player reaches the platform, even before they log in, we already know some info about them that allows us to make the content more personalized," Kozachenko explains. "When they log in, this personalization goes even deeper because we already know their preferences."
The player gets the content they most likely engage with, whether it is a sportsbook that covers the preferable leagues or a casino lobby organized around specific type of games.
Three Layers, One System
These three layers create a feedback loop that gets smarter with every player interaction. Operations AI identifies valuable players. Operator AI helps retention teams act on that intelligence instantly. End User AI delivers the personalized experience that keeps those players engaged.
"All of this altogether, it's a model based on different AIs and different aspects that allows you to create tailored solutions for your players," Kozachenko says. "It helps you understand how potentially profitable they are. And it helps you come up with decisions and solutions to work with them much faster."
The result isn't just smarter — it's faster. And in an industry where speed determines who wins, that's the difference between talking about AI and actually using it.
